CMDB issues

Been running OTRS for a few years now.

No issues until yesterday.
CMDB has stopped working. When trying to add a new Ci or update an existing CI nothing happens, the page stays teh same.

No error message on screen.

We've checked apache log, mysql log nothing found.

Hi.

Does anyone know of a way I can flag / label a customer company or customer user so that support teams know if the account has support limits placed on them due to account issues?

The accounts team can then be happy knowing that if the customer calls into support the agents will be aware of ...

Changing a Ticket state based on the state of another ticket

Is this possible?

I have various tickets, some of which need others to be completed before they can be worked on.

Is it possible to put the dependant tickets in a 'pending' state until the state of another ticket changes to closed?

I have Company Support enabled, at least I think I do, but don't see company name in the ticket zoom.

Hi.

Following this through and got to step 3.

Unfortunately I cannot find #show customer data.

I am in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoom.pm

Using OTRS 3.2.6

Any ideas?

Hi.

Does anyone know how to set up a reply to ticket that does not have the whole email history in it?

On occasions this is too big to handle sensibly and is not necessary to send to the customer every time.

I would like however to have the option to also send the history.
