No, I did a fresh install.

What do you mean exactly?

I do a fresh new install, I haven´t done any modification. The server is brand new too.

Same error message if I try to install version 3.2.10 from source (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS).

Starting the webinstaller says:

Namespace Core.Agent could not be initialized, because Core.UI.TreeSelection could not be found

and more detailed:

Core.Agent is undefined

(?)()@http://mydomain/otrs/installer ...

Ok, das hab ich mir gedacht. Ist bisschen umständlich das Prozedere einen Benutzer dann als Admin zu definieren ...

1. AD-Anbindung realisieren
2. mit einem Benutzer aus dem AD anmelden der später mal Admin werden soll
3. AD-Anbdung zwischenzeitlich auskommentieren, um wieder als root@localhost ...

ich beschäftige mich dieser Tage das erste Mal mit OTRS. Ich habe es aktuell in Version 3.2.8 auf CentOS 6 installiert.

Ich habe inzwischen schon die AD Anbindung realisiert und bemerke dabei, dass root@localhost sich nicht mehr anmelden kann. Kann OTRS mit AD-Anbindung nicht mehr ...
