Hi, I want to get rid of the long ticketnumbers with many zero's. So in our testenvirement I've changed the Ticket::NumberGenerator to AutoIncrement And set the Ticket::NumberGenerator::MinCounterSize to 3. Thanks! Works like a charm!

I don't understand why this is working and the way with the XML file doesn't.
Maybe a bug?
But this is a good workaround.

Is it possible to have time based auto-replies on a new ticket?
I would like to have another reply outside office hours than within office hours.
