Hi,

I have had this problem for over a week. OTRS does not load after 15 minutes when you login for the first time. We have restarted the apache services to fix the issue temporarily.

Is this a known issue that Apache crashes frequently ? Is there a permanent fix ?

Hi Guys, OTRS 3.2.8 is re-installed successfully and works like a charm. A good exercise and nice way to learn OTRS. Performed a backup of the DB. Uninstalled 3.2.6 and re-installed 3.2.8 .
