That's actually a nice feature, I didn't notice this before.
However this is a work around for the problem.
It would be better if the configuration of the ViewableStateType options worked.
Isn't this something other users want? It was one of the first things ...

Agents are complaining about the pending tickets in their queue list.
I thought this could be changed using the Ticket::ViewableStateType options. I removed the "pending reminder" and the "pending auto" types. Leaving in just "open" and "new". The pending tickets are of both those types. (id 4 and 5 ...
