my problem is that the system OTRS sends an email notification when the sender field is empty.
when the customer opens a ticket from his web panel, agents do not receive the email of notification for opening ticket.
I don't understand how these two statements relate.

In any notification action.

I am a new user of OTRS with little experience.
I installed OTRS 3.2.8 on a machine with Windows 2003 Server.
my problem is that the system OTRS sends an email notification when the sender field is empty.
I configured Core::Sendmail so:
- SendmailModule = SMTP
- SendmailModule::CMD ...
