How to show Time(per minute) in DateTime Dynamic Field

I would like to know if there is any way to present Time in Minute(12:01, 12:02 etc) instead of half hour(12:00, 12:30) for DateTime Dynamic Fields.

Adding Attachment refreshes page and resets customer field

Dear all,

I am using OTRS 3.1 with KIX4OTRS. When I am trying to upload an attachment from Agent Portal "New Phone Ticket" the page refreshes and resets "From Customer" field. Is there any way to stop reseting fields?
