Hi,
I am creating a custom dashboard to list all tickets created by the particular agent in sysconfig. So is it possible to filter all the tickets based on ticket creator only within the dashboard?

I had resolved it myself. I tried to set the module as SMTP and the ports as 26 without supplying any login credentials, finally the admin notification was able to send through the outlook exchange.
