You need to fill in the values for DynamicField_ProcessManagementProcessID and DynamicField_ProcessManagementActivityID in full format, as:
Process-verylonghexvalue and Activity-verylonghexvalue

Pls explain if possible - what types of value can be applied for DynamicFields if I want to set value for them in ITSM Change conditions?
For example, can I use for TextDynamicField value <OTRS_WORKORDER_WorkOrderTitle> or anything else?

Unfortunately can't install OTRSAppointmentCalendar on my new framework OTRS 5.0.14 (OTRS 5s) cause OTRS DateTime v module needed. Where I can get them?

Nobody from agents (except Owner and Responsible) can add notes to locked tickets, even Admin OTRS!

Hello,

I'm running OTRS 3.2.9 with ITSM. I went to go add a service through the admin interface and it errored out with the following:

Error: Need TypeID!

Does anyone know where I start to look on how to fix this?

Florian, thank you for reply But I already found this setting in Core::PostMaster - PostmasterFollowUpStateClosed. It defines the state of a ticket if it gets a follow-up and the ticket was already closed. But it works only if Customer replyes to closed ticket by external email, not in customer web ...
