Anyone could help with this problem? I am installing it in a win 7, 64 bit.. just for a testing purpose.

I have this problem, i had tried to created some customer/users in OTRS, but after i logout from the admin and trying to login with the user. I always getting password incorrect,

Any one of you have the idea for this? please.. and thanks
