Hi!
I would like to display the solution time (ticket close time - ticket creation time) in the mail which is sent by OTRS to the customer, when the agent close the ticket. Is there any way to do this?
Should I use tags, or dynamic fields?

Hello! In our AD there are a lot of usergroup. When OTRS synchronize to the AD, the not just the "simple users", but the groups also appear in the list of customer in the Admin panel. Is there any way to filter out the groups during the synchronization? How to do it? The filter condition c...

After I downgrade from 3.2.10 to 3.2.9, and installed some missing perl module (to determine them I started the checkmodules.pl) everything works well.
