But, I have updated some value directly in value_text column in dynamic_field_value table in OTRS datab...

How to hide sub menu called "Link" for read only user in the AgentTicketZoom page.

For example, we have role called 'Managers' and they have only access for all tickets (Read Only).

How to hide sub menu "Link" for those particular user.

I need to run generic agent cron job for every 2 mins. I want change one queue to another queue after created ticket. Its not run every 2 mins .

please advice me how to set in linux?
