I am almost sure that all the Stats::* settings are on default values.

OK, it works as it is described in the documentation as I wrote above but why the widget title says something different: "Need to be answered"?

Our company is a distributor of products from multiple vendors. We do not solve problems just with our customers (our partners and end-customers) but sometimes we have to open a ticket with a vendor.
