Me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de, una vez que se ha hecho merge en varios ticket, al responder llegue la respuesta a todos los customers relacionados con TODOS los tickets que están unidos.

Hi Everyone,
I have some tickets about the same issue merged in just one. When it's solved, I would like to answer all the customers in only one reply. Is this possible withot adding every single customer by hand?
