It cant be right that you cannot send a customer an attachment or they cannot view anything they have uploaded???

Article List View From

When one of my users updates a ticket the From column in the Article List view shows the name of the person logging the ticket initially instead of the agent that has updated it. Is there anything in sysconfig that can change this? Im currently using 3.3.1 as I need to nail down the upgrade process ...

Hi,

I can add attachments in customer view and in the frontend. I can view them in the frontend, but I cannot view attachments from the customer view. Is there a way I can turn this on?

HI, I have my new Ticket email setup and working. The only thing is that it does not send a New Ticket email tot he person who logged to the ticket from the Customer Portal..
