When one of my users updates a ticket the From column in the Article List view shows the name of the person logging the ticket initially instead of the agent that has updated it. I can add attachments in customer view and in the frontend. I can view them in the frontend, but I cannot view attachments from the customer view. Is there a way I can turn this on?
