I have moved OTRS to another server with Windows R2 64Bit. On this server I am not able to configure IIS to run OTRS.

Hello,

Could you please tell me step by step, how to install ActivePerl 32bit on Windows 2008 Server 64bit? I have configured IIS according to this manual: https://blogs.iis.net/wadeh/archive/200 ... iis-7.aspx, but It got me blank page when I wanted to open the pl pages.

All customers in domain. Authentication through LDAP succeed but when i turn on "Single Sign On/HTTP Auth" i get these messages. What is the reason?

Dear all.

There is problem with FAQ module. The installation was successful and all access was granted to agent, users but i could not see FAQ module in forms.
What i have missed?
