hi hftango,
exactly I have this problem in windows. first time that I installed it every thing was ok and apache was installed. I tried to install apache 2.2 manually but I was unsuccessful to match otrs and apache. It is annoying.

recently I have installed otrs 3.3.1 on my windows server 2003. when for the first time I installed it every things were ok, but for some reason(It was the first time I was using otrs I thought that I have installed it in a bad way) I uninstalled it. after that when I installed it again ...
