OTRS version 3.1.10 is installed on Linux Ubuntu 12.0.4 with Apache 2.2.22

Really solution for this problem is:
Module named MultiSMTP by Renee Baecker.
A module that allows OTRS to use several SMTP servers.
To download from http://opar.perl-services.de/dist/MultiSMTP
