The cron job is working fine. It's taking all the mail. It's just not displaying emails from external domains

External Email Tickets
I am setting up my first OTRS Helpdesk. I have been able to incorporate my active directory and email accounts. When I try to send an email from an external email it does not appear as a new ticket in the Queue view. I cannot see the email anywhere. What option or flag do I need to turn on to make e...
