Hi. Is it possible to change delay for sending survay message to 30 minutes after ticket closed, in Survay module for OTRS?

I've tried to change setting Survey -> Core::Survey Survey::SendInHoursAfterClose and it had no effect.

hello. lets try again. I have a problem with survey module. It working fine, when we send mail through the survey, but i'm trying to generate link with public survey key in mail after closing ticket. It's not generated correctly, it's just adds <OTRS_PublicSurveyKey> in link and didn't generating key.
