Adding Customer Field to Stats

Hi everyone.
I was wondering if it's possible to add the customer's name and lastname to the stats reports, if so how i could do this.
I would appreciate if anyone can help me with this. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply, I also think so (bulshit!!!) xD but his superiors designed and approvated a workflow indicating that all the requirements (tickets) have to have a registry in the email of the agents.

Well i did that with this Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketPending###InformAgent now I can select ...
