I am quite sure ACL won´t fit my feature. Cause i can´t have filtered results on SLA dropdown. It menu must show all entries.

I trying to show agents only a suggestion on which SLA should be chosen.

Need help on this feature i am implementing on new ticket forms. I defined two dynamic fields which should be selected in order to define our SLA.
