Did you mean enable Customer::TicketSearch::AllServices. What if I cannot allow to access all services?

Manage Customer User-Service Relations

How to allocate customer users to services. I believed if I set default services by editing it I allocate users to default services, but unfortunately it doesn't work. What should I do to assign services to users massively?

When I place my ACL in /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config.pm then the rules working.
It seems that doesn't refresh the ACL what I create on agent site as admin.

I have tried to restart the whole server, run Maint::Cache::Delete also.

ACl problem

Hi There!

I have a problem use acl.
I have created a queue and i order a service to queue. When customer select the queue only the allowed service appear.
My old ACl's working but the new one not.

I have no idea what is wrong.

I realised when upgrade from otrs 4 to otrs 5, I forgot the update to the latest otrs 4 release. When I upgrade to the latest OTRS 4 release I managed to upgrade to OTRS 5 and it is working perfectly.

After upgrade from otrs 4 to otrs 5 I received the following message ''The browser you are using is too old." at index.pl agent side, end the customer side give me the next message
"You don't have permission to access /otrs/customer.pl on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was ...

I have modify the Calendar1 over admin->SysConfig, (Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Core::Time::Calendar1), and changed the next field TimeZone::Calendar1Name, TimeZone::Calendar1, TimeWorkingHours::Calendar1.

Previously I have created a new SLA-t, and I ordered the modified calender to it.
