Daemon error on OTRS 5 Help

Everytime the system does an email fetch i get these errors appear in the log, but the emails come through and otrs is functioning as expected. OTRS Escilation times

Hi,

I have set our queues to escalate if there is no solution after 10 minutes, but when you view tickets they all show 36 hours? what can cause the escalation time to not be correct?

We have used this software for years been using 2.2.9 (time for an upgrade) , if there is 1 ticket in a queue and that gets locked then the queue disspaear . we need all tickets active in a queue to be visible.

There must be a way?

Hi, Thanks for the link. We're actually trying to move from 2.2.4 in Linux to the latest Windows version (without installing all of the updates to the Linux box first due to major issues with it). In version 2.2.4 which we currently use all Open tickets weather they are locked or unlocked are view able in the Queue, Is this no longer available in 3.3.6 ?
