OTRS does not seek user base OPENLDAP
Good morning guys! I'm having a problem trying to connect my otrs with a base OpenLdap. The error that displays on the login screen customer.pl. "Authentication succeeded, but no customer record is found in the customer backend. Please contact your administrator." What should I do? How to fix this ...
