Hi, next problem with my fresh install. Windows 2012R2 IIS 8.5 ActivePerl 5.16.3.1604 - all modules updated otrs-3.3.8-win-installer-3.0.6 mysql community 5.6.20 the installer.pl ran through without problems. ok. got this fixed.
reinstalled everything again, now the installer.pl was working and db got created successfully.
but ran into another problem -> other post

Hi, fresh setup. Windows 2012R2, all latest updates. Active Perl 5.16.3.1604 32 bit mysql community 5.6.20.0 (server type setup) otrs 3.3.8 win installer 3.0.6 Installed all required perl modules. otrs.checkmodules.pl says everywhere OK except DBD::Oracle (no oracle client installed) and Encode::Han...
