Possible to export Archive ticket?

After reading thur the manual..I the archive function in the Chapter 21. Performance Tuning.
I am able to search through ticket that is being archived. However is it possible to have those ticket export as well ? to like .csv or event .txt

Adding cc field to Notification.

I would want to add cc recipient into the notification send out from the system.

Current notification only send out to the customer and not those in the cc loop.

Ticket thread issue

When a customer send email to our system, it create a ticket with an ID let say 1234. the first article will be "customer – email-external" and let the customerID : user1@mail.com also assume that this customer add a cc to this email when another customer in this cc reply all to this email...

I went to the otrs portal and try to find it on the admin manual, its not inside.
As i need to understand some of the event, as some of it don work like what it meant

I ended up with endless loop too but i don know what i did, merely select every article event from the list.

the endless loop content is empty tho..

actually a new option like 'NewArticleinTicket' would solve this issue

I am using event 'Ticket Create' it work like a charm.

I just need notification thur email when new article come in !!! by client or the client in the cc loop.

Send notification whenever there is an new article in ticket

Can this be done?

Example customer send an email, to our system i received a notification email of a new creation ticket.

But when every a new article created i am unable to create such notification.

i uninstall active perl 5.16.3.1604 and reinstall with 5.16.3.1603, out of sudden it work
