but i give complete permitions to some agent, maybe she do that ! but in this case what i must to do to recover admin menu when any other agent or main root account get in otrs

Hello, recently we install otrs to probe in our company but after some days working well and used to teach an learn main admin menu lost we login with main root account but either (no appear ) anybody can help us i search in this forum for similar case and we can't see nothing thanks Alvaro Castillo
