Hi All Can you please explain how should I stop the solution time in OTRS 3.3.8 ? If we are waitng the customer feedback we need to stop the clock until they provide a feedback. OTRS integration with other application

Hi Team We have application called Careware (i.e. Scheduling systems) & we would like to integrate this to OTRS Version 3.3.8. Please find below details about the Careware application. Basically this application is used for Hospitals & nurse scheduling. To report any issues or clarifications...
