Change OTRS MYSQL IP Address
Hi, I would like to ask Your help. I inherited a working OTRS configuration. I have a CENTOS server with MYSQL server, and in this server, we are using a virtual CENTOS server with OTRS. I should to change the IP address of these server. The IP change is successful, but the OTRS can't reach the MYSQ...
