I know. My problem is where to start because I can't seem to find the variable which stores the integer on the code so i can manipulate the return value.
If you could enlighten me on that I would apreciate.

Age Time Format
Hello,
I'm exploring the Statistics module on OTRS 4 and I noticed the Age and other similar fields return an Integer.
Is there an easy way to convert it to "human readable" format without exporting to CSV/Excel and change it there?
Thank you in advance.

Queue Dropdown Settings
Hello,
I am trying to customize the view of the queue dropdown on agent new ticket screen. The goal is to change the colors of the queues that are not selectable and increasing the indentation on the sub queues.
Anyone knows what is the correct file with this settings?
Using OTRS 4
Thanks

Re: Notification Management(Events)
There's no action generated, so there is no log.
I tried other types of events but it doesn't send the notification either.
But if i try to admin notification it works.
