I have applied the 4.0.2-01 patch and the problem it´s over!

No more modifications was needed.

The only message that I found (Apache error.log):

[Wed Dec 3 16:43:53 2014] ZZZAuto.pm: Subroutine Load redefined at /opt/otrs/Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm line 7.


And the OTRS error:

[SOLVED] Apache is not handling Customer.pl when a customer open the Ticket Zoom.

Hi.
I would be grateful for some help.


OTRS Version: 4.0.1-02
OS: CentOS 6.6
Database: Mysql 5.1.73

Problem: After upgrade the OTRS to version 4.0.1, when a customer try to open the TicketZoom the file customer.pl is downloaded and not is handled by Apache. All other features are working as ...
