Hello, I want to upgrade from otrs version 4.0.7 to 5.0.10. In accordance with the user manual, I had to do full migration path from otrs 4.0.7 -> 4.0.8 -> 4.0.9 -> ..... -> 5.0.1 -> 5.0.2 -> ........ -> 5.0.10 My question is can i jump/directly upgrade from otrs 4.0.7 to 4.0.17 (minor patch level) ...
