Ich habe unter Sysconfig->ITSM Configuration Management -> Frontend::Agent::Preferences , DataSelected auf gewünschte Anzahl gesetzt und einen neuen Eintrag unter Data mit der gewünschten Anzahl hinzugefügt.

Ahh, man muss sich aus- und wieder einloggen bevor die Änderungen übernommen werden.

Wie kann ich mehr Config Items in dem Modul ITSM anzeigen?

Bei Tickets geht das ja auch, wenn ich das aber auf ITSM ummünze funktioniert das nicht, oder hab ich da bloss was falsch gemacht?
