Hi there, we recently upgraded to 4.0.5. With 3.3.6 we had KIX installed where it was possible to define templates for notes and after choosing them it changed the Notes Subject too. As 4.0.5 now has templates too we did not move KIX over. But now my users are missing the automatic change of the sub...
