Znuny Open Source Ticketsystem

Hello guys
When I generate graph-lines-points stats (whit png format) the XAxis counter in the left is 0,10,20 and so on ..
I want change this behavior and show grids in my output , can anybody give me a clue ?

i just don't want to show "system – email-notification-ext" in history

In history , when a external note is created , a new notification for that thicket show like the picture !
I don't want this new note in history ...in otrs4 is "Controls how to display the ticket history" in "Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewHistory" but not in otrs3 !

Whave otrs 3.0.10 and configured with email notification per external-note to customer , but we don't want external-note alarm show in customer history .
all customers is belongs to customer group and notification send to this group .
