how can print a ticket report with custom attributes, i need choose what attribute can print in the report and how to creat a report ticket

Despues de una largo rato pude instalar OTRS 4, pero soy totalmente nuevo y quisiera saber como puedo generar tickets o si hay alguna guia sobre otrs de preferencia en español

Instale el otrs-3.3.13-win-installer-3.0.6 y al terminar no se ejecuta el installer.pl , que puedo hacer para solucionarlo?
