Hi,

I have closed successfully a ticket but on the next day it shows up as locked in my queue.
Have look through ticket history and found out that Admin OTRS has locked the ticket at 12.02 am as attached

how do i disable that? thanks in advance

Two things to keep in mind: 1) FirstResponseInMin is calculated IF there is an escalation and IF there is a response 2) The minutes are based on the calendar that is attached to the queue - so if you have weird working hours configured, that response time does not show the "real" differen...
