How to create a "AgentTicketOwnerView" item?

Hello,

we use OTRS 4.0.16 and would like to add another button top left next to the responsible (AgentTicketResponsibleView) and locked (AgentTicketLockedView) tickets. It should show all tickets owned by the agent (AgentTicket Owner View?).

Could someone give me a hint how to do this? I assume ...

Thanks for the hint. I guess with "reset" you mean switch the sysconfig item off and back on again. I did just that and will monitor the log if the error persists.

More research led to this thread, which helped me solve the second problem (Module Kernel/Modules/CustomerZoom.pm not in @INC). That file was simply missing.

Here's what we have now:
FAQ::ApprovalRequired --> Yes
FAQ::ApprovalGroup --> Enter an existing group (Agent Management > Groups). Don't forget to assign agents to that group.

We got the FAQ Approval kind of running now. Missing was a valid entry for the "FAQ::ApprovalTicketType". It creates a ticket now, but it does not trigger an email to the agents in the FAQ_Approvers queue. Is that normal or what could be the problem here?

BTW, I think that OTRS is hard to ...

Thanks for the answer.

Let me ask my question differently. :)

Where do I set/change the date and/or system time in the sysconfig? I already searched for date and time and didn't find anything. I actually thought it would take the system time of the Linux server underneath.

OK, thanks. I corrected a typo (a dash was missing), and now those errors are gone.
But the FAQ Approval still does not create a new ticket.

The approval still doesnt work and there are still errors in the log like above, but there are more "module" entries now.

This stupid unit test totally messed up our system!

We have now several tables where you can find some sort of test entries. Multiple test users, test groups, test system_address and so on.

DON'T USE IT!!!

I went through the manual of the latest version of the FAQ module. It refers to a script named "otrs.UnitTest.pl" to check the functions of the modules. So I executed the command
./otrs.UnitTest.pl -n FAQ:FAQSearch:GenericInterface/FAQConnector
and got plenty of errors that I don't understand ...

Ich habe es in der SysConfig von No auf Yes gesetzt, damit es nicht angezeigt wird.
Jetzt wollte ich es zurücksetzen (über diesen Button mit dem in sich drehenden Pfeil), was es auch getan hat. Aber der Footer kommt trotzdem nicht.
otrs.RebuildConfig.pl habe ich jetzt auch mal gemacht, das half auch ...
