Is it possible to pass Cc value from JSON to SendAgentNotification subroutine?

Hi I would need help with reseting ticketID number to 1. I moved OTRS system from testing site to production system. On test system I generated few test ticked that were deleted during migration. Everything works ok on production site, except tickedID. Ticket ID is set to number beyond 500, but in /...
