Yes. Notification wasn't intended to do anything more than notify someone to come back to the otrs site. Are you sure? When I have a Notification (event) triggered by ArticleCreate, <OTRS_CUSTOMER_EMAIL[99]> works and sends HTML. However if the trigger is a TicketCreate, it sends in plain text
