Thank you for the advice guys. Like [reneeb] says, the problem was the caching. When it expired the dynamic values were update. Now problem solved.

mysql - update dynamic field value
Hi, I would like to know if someone knows which tables I need to update/insert to fill the dynamic values. I tried the tables "dynamic_field_value" and "ticket_history". There are values now for the ticket that i am trying, but looking on the web page the dynamic values are empty...
