How to make the other autoresponse?

at first in field ( automatik replay manager)
1-standers replay (after new ticket)
2-Type the message.
3- select valid
4- write OTRS email
5- apply

then in field ( automatik replay and queues)
1- select the queues
2- set the answer for them.
3- applay

I have been already do this but without results.
what I want exactly is when I receive a message from user the programme should send automatik replay for example " we receive the message and will aswer that quikly "
