Ok thank's I thought that I can change in settings

All tickets are unlocked and locked
Available tickets are only unlocked

I woud like see only unlocked ticket like queue Allegro-Info:

Hello I would like see only ticket available in my queues.
Now I see something like that "all tickets /available tickets" in list my queues.
Can I only see available tickets?

Hello I would like create a new close ticket button which will be close the ticket without open new window.
Now when I click button close I get new window with next status ticket and messages. It is possible to do it?
