Hi!
I have installed OTRS 5 on CentOS 7.
Trouble with this - when i create a new user in system i see error - "Trouble with DNS" in mailbox field. I open logfile and have error - "OTRS-CGI-72 - DNS problem: query timed out".
I can't understand what's not right, maybe FQDN? I try to put in FQDN ...
