I found the solution:
Alter Ticket::Service::KeepChildren = No
to YES.
I use my first services as Invalid, that way i force the user to check the last level of a service.
Like:
System::Windows
If system is valid, users will check just system and not System::Windows.
This exists in 5.0.10 but ...

Hello,
I updated to 5.0.11 and note that field Services in SLA management it´s unavailable, like in the screenshot.
Someone knows how to fix that?
