I saw the logs and released when ticket notification emails are sending by the otrs, then they are without the from email address. That is the reason its not going.
Please let me know how I can fill the from email address.

Hi Guys,

We observed our otrs ticket reply mark as a spam. The we have decided to relay otrs email by Amazon ses service.
When we start the Amazon ses service on otrs we did not get the email notification. other funcation are working fine

Please let me know how i can resolve this issue.
