Thanks renneb. I´m not a programmer so it is not easy for me to know what to modify in the code. Suppose I want to include a dynamic field named "DNI", how must I include it in the subject?.
TIA
Diego

Dynamic field in Subject?
Hello.
Is it possible to change the default subject template used in answering (AgentTicketCompose) or forwarding (AgentTicketForward) emails?. I would like to use a dynamic field or at least ticket Title!.
Thanks in advance.

Ticket locked after adding a note
Hi. After adding a note to an existing ticket, it remains "locked". How could I change the default to "unlocked"?
Thanks a lot.

Show DynamicFields in PDF output
Dear OTRS team,
as OTRS is able to show Dynamic fields in CSV search results, it can do the same with printed output?
I've checked Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewPrint but didn't work for me (doesn't show DynamicFields in PDF output).
Any hint to point me in the right direction?
Thanks!
