We using OTRS 4 and we are facing the below issue.
First response time showing 0 m.
We have configured SLA with response time and Solution time. However First response showing 0 m.

Dear Team, We are using the OTRS 6 and the configured ticket number generator is DATE. We observed that the ticket was created on September 1st at 1:46 am in OTRS . We are useing OTRS 6 in our organisation, we are getting error frequently as "Invalid session. Please login again" for multiple users. Can any one help on this issue?

We have installed otrs 6 and we want to open the OTRS web page by using domain name instead of typing "doaminname/otrs/index.pl"
