Hi,
When the user creates a new ticket using REST service, it allows to populate the 'To' field in the article. But while updating the ticket, its not allowing 'To' field to be updated in the new Article

Rest Web Service for Search only returning IDs
Hi,
Is any one tried to fetch information Rest Web Service for Search. The search is only returning IDs. Is there any way I can get the title and created date along with ids?
